Literature Text

Met a girl completely by chance.
She was young and easy to romance.
She was very pretty,
But not real witty.

Met her at the salon, where my mom works.
And I am a guy who always flirts.
She changed her hair from blonde to brown,
And my jaw hit the ground.

Her name is Tiffany,
And I could tell she liked me.
I liked her too, but mostly her looks.
It seemed her knowledge is limited to books.

I was talking to her while she waited for her ride.
To get a date with me, it was obvious she tried.
Thought about asking her, but my reasons felt wrong.
Now I have changed my mind, but the chance is gone.

I could tell she was shy.
Excuse for her personality, that might be why.
It might could have worked.
Just one date, what would it have hurt?

That chance might be gone,
With the girl I met at the salon.
But I might get to see her again.
If I do, it will be a win.
just another poem about a girl I met. if anyone has any questions about the poem or the girl, feel free to ask. and of course, any comments or suggestions on the poem, are appreciated. :D
